CRM manager

As a CRM Manager, you will lead efforts in developing and enhancing the core promotional system of the platform, making it more innovative, flexible, and impactful within the CRM team. You will work on improving the CRM engine together with the gamification and player journey modules, ensuring a more engaging and dynamic user experience. In close collaboration with the product and BI teams, you will design and optimize promotional mechanics, lifecycle journeys, and gamified features that increase engagement, retention, and player value.
